Around pools, ramps, stairs and all wet areas you should mix Enviro-Grip into Enviro-Deck.

Q. How do I know if Enviro Deck will go over the old oiled deck coatings?

A. First of all give the area you want to coat a good sweep or blow off with a blower. Then use some Deck-Restorer follow the instructions, let dry and apply a coat of Enviro Deck coating. Leave 24hrs to see if has stuck to the old coating. If Enviro Deck coating has stuck to the old coating you can repeat the process.

Q. My deck has grey and weathered timber boards?

A. First of all give the area you want to coat a good sweep or blow off with a blower.

Then use Deck-Restorer follow the instructions and this should bring back the natural colour of the timber. Then apply 3 coats of Enviro Deck coating.

Q. Before applying Enviro Deck coating what should I check for?

A. There are a couple of signs to look out for, peeling or flaking you would have to sand it back to bare timber and wash the bare timber with Enviro Deck Cleaner. Then let the timber dry and apply 3 coats of Enviro Deck coating.

Q. How do I re-coat with Enviro Deck coating?
A. To check if you can recoat your timer surface pore a small amount of water onto the surface you intend to recoat and if the water does not bead up 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t harm to put 1 or 2 coats of Enviro Deck coating on.
